Copyright and Trademark Notice
Effective October 29, 2026
1. Our content
The text, design, layout, tools, original graphics and logo of BreakSheet, and our selection and arrangement of data, are owned by the owner of BreakSheet or used with permission. © 2026 BreakSheet. All rights reserved. Facts, such as a player's name appearing on a manufacturer's checklist, are not ours to claim; what we protect is our presentation and compilation.
2. Other people's names, logos and images
Team names, logos and player images belong to their owners. BreakSheet is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Product names, brand names, team names and logos, league marks, player names and likenesses, and manufacturer checklists are the property of their owners, including Topps, Fanatics, Panini, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League and their clubs, the NCAA and its member colleges and universities, and the players and their associations. We refer to them only to identify products, teams and players for informational purposes. We do not claim any rights in them, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. If a rights holder asks us to change or remove something, we will act on it promptly.
The Site may display team logos and player images loaded from third-party servers. We have not been granted a licence for them. The owner can switch them off at any time, and they will be switched off on request from the rights holder.
Some player photos are freely licensed photos from Wikimedia Commons, used under their licences (such as Creative Commons Attribution). Each is credited, with its photographer and licence, on the Photo credits page.
A few player photos, for players no other source has, were added by the Site's owner and are served from the Site itself, cropped to a circle. If one of them is yours and you'd like it credited or removed, send a notice as described below and we will act on it promptly.
3. If you think something on the Site infringes your rights
Email a notice to our designated contact at info.breaksheet@gmail.com with:
- your name, address, email and phone number
- a description of the work you say is infringed, with proof that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner
- the exact web address of the material on the Site, and what it is
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
- your physical or electronic signature
For a trademark or image complaint that is not about copyright, send the same details with a description of your rights.
We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable the material while we do. Sending a knowingly false notice can make you liable for damages.
4. Counter-notice
If we remove something because of a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the state or federal courts located in Arizona. We may restore the material if the complainant does not start a court action within 10 to 14 business days.
5. Repeat infringers
We may end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes others' rights.
