Terms of Use
Effective October 29, 2026
These Terms of Use are the rules for using BreakSheet at https://www.breaksheet.co (the “Site”). The Site is run by an individual (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
BreakSheet is a free information website. It shows checklist and odds information for sports card products so you can understand what is in a product before you buy. It is a reference tool. It is not a store, a break, a marketplace, a gambling service or a financial service. We do not sell cards, run breaks, take payments from visitors, or hold anyone's money.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Buying into card breaks is often limited to adults or requires a parent's permission on the platforms that run them. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform where you buy.
3. Information only, not advice
Everything on the Site is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or gambling advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or not buy any product, spot, team or player. Card breaks and sealed products involve chance. What you get is not predictable, and cards can be worth less than you paid. Counts, shares, odds and rankings on the Site describe what a checklist lists. They do not predict what any box, case or break will contain, and they do not measure what a card is worth. You make your own decisions and bear your own risk. See the Disclaimer and Responsible Play page.
4. Accuracy
We build the Site's data from manufacturer checklists and odds documents and our own calculations, and we work to keep it correct. Which cards count as hits, how cards are sorted into types (such as SSPs, SPs and Inserts) and which team a player counts for are our own rules, and may differ from how a manufacturer, breaker or seller does it. Checklists get corrected, odds are rounded or estimated, and mistakes happen on our side too. We do not promise that anything on the Site is complete, current or error free. Check the manufacturer's official documents and the seller's listing before you spend money. If you find an error, tell us at info.breaksheet@gmail.com and we will look into it.
5. What you may and may not do
You may use the Site for your own personal use, and you may share links to it. You may quote small parts of the Site with a link back to the page. You may show a page on a stream or video as part of discussing it, if you credit the Site.
You may not:
- copy, scrape, harvest or republish the Site's data or pages in bulk, or use bots, crawlers or scripts to collect them, except search engines that follow our robots.txt file
- resell the Site's content or build a competing product from it
- interfere with the Site, probe it for weaknesses, overload it, or try to get into the admin pages or any non-public part
- click ads on purpose to generate revenue, or ask others to
- use the Site to break the law or the rights of others
- present the Site's content as your own, or suggest that we endorse you, your channel or your products
6. Our content and your use of it
The Site's design, text, layout, tools, compiled data and logo belong to the owner of BreakSheet or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view and use the Site as these Terms allow. We keep all other rights. Section 7 covers third-party names, logos and images.
7. Third-party names and content
Team names, logos and player images belong to their owners. BreakSheet is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Sports card brands, team names, league names, player names, logos and images belong to their owners. BreakSheet is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Topps, Fanatics, Panini, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League, the NCAA, any college or university, any team, any players association, any player, Whatnot, or any other company named on the Site, unless a page says so. Names are used only to identify products and teams. See the Copyright and Trademark Notice.
8. Ads, sponsored content and links
The Site shows ads and may include sponsored placements and affiliate links. They are labelled. We do not control third-party sites, ads, breaks or sellers, and we are not responsible for them or for what happens if you deal with them. If you click an affiliate link and buy, we may earn a commission at no added cost to you. Our Advertising, Sponsorship and Affiliate Disclosure has details. A sponsored placement is not an endorsement. Anything you buy from a seller, platform or store you found through the Site, such as a break spot, a box or a card, is a deal between you and that seller: their refund and return policies apply, and we cannot refund, cancel or reverse it.
9. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, you give us permission to use them without payment or credit. Do not send anything you consider confidential.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL CODE.
11. Limit on our liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, PROFITS, CARDS, VALUE, DATA OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON IT, INCLUDING ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE IN OR AFTER A BREAK, FROM A SELLER OR FROM A BOX. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits.
12. Indemnity
If your misuse of the Site, or your breach of these Terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
13. Changes and ending access
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Site after a change means you accept it. We may block access or end your permission to use the Site at any time if we think these Terms were broken.
14. Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, follow the process on our Copyright and Trademark Notice page.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any legal claim, you agree to email us at info.breaksheet@gmail.com describing the problem and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any claim that cannot be resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you agree to that location. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent the law allows. Claims are brought individually, not as a class or group, to the extent the law allows.
16. General
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Advertising Disclosure and Copyright and Trademark Notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under them. We may.
